Due to the hygienic nature of lash products, we operate a strict returns policy.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• incorrect purchases made by the customer
• opened or used products.

This is in accordance with the UK consumer hygiene exemptions.

If your item arrives damaged/ faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
